As an accredited exercise physiologist I have
been training pregnant women for many years.
When I was pregnant I realised how little information and support there was to help pregnant women stay fit and healthy.
That’s why I created Strong By Alex. I wanted EVERYBODY to have access to A safe, effective program and enjoy the same benefits that my
face-to-face clients experience.
